Due to the high demand and limited flower availability during this date, we highly recommend placing your order in advance.

• Orders for this date are accepted by advance reservation only.
• To schedule your bouquet or floral arrangement, a 50% deposit is required when booking through WhatsApp.
• The remaining balance must be paid on the day of delivery only for orders picked up at our workshop.
• For surprise deliveries, the full payment must be completed at least 1 day before delivery.
• Once a reservation has been made, no refunds are available, as the flowers are specifically purchased and reserved for each order.
• In case of any inconvenience, we may review the possibility of rescheduling the delivery, subject to availability and the conditions of the date.
• Last-minute orders are subject to flower, design, and delivery availability.

🚚 Delivery Hours

We have two delivery time windows:

• 9:00 am to 1:00 pm
• 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm

Deliveries are made within these time windows, so we do not offer an exact delivery time.

Due to the high volume of orders on this date, please keep in mind that deliveries may experience variations within the established time window.
