Payment and booking

To schedule your bouquet or floral arrangement, we require a 50% deposit via WhatsApp; the remaining balance must be paid at least one day prior to delivery.

Delivery times

We offer two delivery windows:

• 9:30 AM – 1:00 PM

• 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Deliveries take place within these time slots; we do not schedule specific delivery times.

Availability and design

• Flower and foliage availability fluctuates constantly, so we recommend booking in advance.

• In mixed bouquets, specific flower varieties may change based on daily availability.

• All photographs are for reference only; while we strive to maintain the quantity, size, and quality of the selected arrangement, variations may occur because we work with natural flowers, which have unique characteristics.

• Prices do not include delivery fees or decorative accessories; these are available at an additional cost.
