• Any changes to the design, date, or delivery time must be requested at least 24 hours in advance, and are subject to availability.
• After this period, we cannot guarantee adjustments to the order.
2. No Refunds
• Due to the nature of our products and the personalized process of each order, we do not offer refunds once the order has been confirmed.
• If adjustments are needed, we will gladly offer alternative solutions within our possibilities.
3. Natural Variation of Flowers
• We work with natural flowers, so variations in color, size, bloom stage, or availability may occur depending on the season.
• We always strive to maintain the essence, style, and color palette of the selected design.
4. Product Quality and Care
• At the time of delivery, we ensure that the arrangement is in perfect condition.
• Once the order has been delivered or picked up, we are not responsible for the handling, care, or transportation of the bouquet or floral arrangement.
• We recommend keeping the flowers in a cool place, with enough water, and away from direct sunlight to prolong their freshness.
5. Deliveries
• Deliveries are made within the agreed time frame, with a reasonable tolerance depending on the day’s logistics.
• If no one is available to receive the order, we will attempt to contact the customer. If contact is not possible, the delivery may be rescheduled with an additional delivery fee.
